Sony KDL-40HX800 LED Can't Post

I have a Sony KDL-40HX800 LED. When plugged it turns on with a green light but no reaction on the screen at all. The green light turns red, blinks 5 times over and over. This is the information I got in regards to what the blinking lights mean:

Five blinks - AKB circuit (automatic kine bias), the timer/standby indicator blinks for about 30 seconds then goes to the self-diagnosis function. Something is wrong with the video. Check video out, Q705, 732, 761 and other components on the C board, also check Q218, 219, 220 on the A board.

Is there any way I can determine which board is failing? Also does anyone have suggestions on where to get reliable TV parts for Sony TVs?

Thanks so much in advance!

First, don't shoot the TV.

"LED" implies a flat screen TV.
"automatic kine bias" implies a CRT (Picture Tube) TV.

Better keep looking. Unimpressed
