My Sony KDL46EX500 is acting up. 4 years old.
First the volume stuck on max, did factory reset and fixed. 5 days later no picture, nothing, did resets no help, left it unplugged. 5 days later plugged it in and it worked OK!?!?? 5 days later no picture, resets no help, left unplugged no help... So...
Red light is on, press power button; red light goes off, green light goes on. No picture, nothing on screen, no sound, and no reaction to any buttons, it won't even turn off; the green light stays on. I can unplug and plug back in, then red light is on.
So I can turn it on but nothing on screen and no other reaction to buttons on the remote or on the set. Weird. I can open back of set and check things, can anyone help???
