Sony KV-2965as Can't Post

Hi Guys
I have a Sony KV-2965as that has lost the green or blue colour.
All other issues ok
Can you help identify the chip that needs to be replaced please
Any help appreciated as I am in a wheel chair and am handy with electronics

Well , which is it ???....Green OR blue ???...What does the pix look like ???...It has to be shaded with some predominent color...Is it mostly red or blue or green ???...OR ALL red or blue or green ???

And it got that way slowly over a fairly long period of time? (Months/Years) OR One day it was working fine - next day this?

This is a GP1A and from memory it had a resistor on the tube base. That went high and gave you a fault like dead tube. Looked it up its R738 680K
