Sony KV32-FX65 dead

Hi.
I have some problem with a Sony KV32-FX65.
St. by led, blink twice, then waite a moment, then
it blink 8 times.
+ 135 V is not commin up. I have testet it with
board D1 pulled out and 220V/100W conneted to
+135V. It dosn't start up.
0.1 ohm and 2 X 0.47 ohm is okay.
Any good help please ??
