Sony TV	Can't Post

My Sony LCD high definition flat screen takes 15 seconds to come on. Is this normal or should I have it looked at? I am sure it wasn't that slow when I first got it and the salesman said it was instant on. It is one year old.

Thanks. Maybe I will do that. It means a day off work to wait for someone to come and look at it. I will be awfully ticked if they tell me there is nothing wrong.
