Sony TV kv-27fs120	Can't Post

Hi All,
I have a Sony kv-27fs120 television whenever I press the power botton it blinks four times and stays off.
It seems like these blinks relate to a code, can someone assist me with this one.

4 blinks is a diagnostic code as follows:
13 volts not supplied (A board)
IC545 faulty (A board)

Mel, this tv was being used on 110v the user turn it off and back on as a result it refuse to power up.
On the other hand the web mention is not in english.

Where it says "appliance", type in your model number, click on search and it will give you a list of SMs to select from. Click on the one you want and when the next page is displayed, scroll to the bottom of the page and wait until the message "download document" appears. Click on this message and walla, you should start loading. Depending on your internet service, it may take a while to download.

Scroll down to where you see "Get Manual" on the right side near the cover page of the manual...
Click on "Get Manual" to start the download...
It may take a few seconds for that to load up...
Those manuals should be in English....

BTW;...
Some helpful hints here;....
You can copy & paste the brand name & model number in the box that says:""Appliance"..

ERROR !!!!...
There is NO "download document" on the page !!!!
You are thinking of "Download Now" , which is for a PDF reader....
This is what you need to do;=>....

Quote

I've been using that website for what seems like years now & the only changes that appeared recently is the way you enter the brand & model number to the "Appliance" box....
ALL the rest is the same....
My instructions in posts #7 & #8 ARE accurate...
Must have been quite awhile since you last downloaded a manual from there.... Unimpressed

....

That change HAD to have happened within the last wek....
When I was there on 25,May,2012 , the "Get Manual" WAS off to the right side of the cover page....

So , excuuuuse me !!!!
