Sony Triniton Tuning	Can't Post

I've lost the reomte for my 13" Sony Triniton TV a long time ago but have just moved house and now need to retune it. There are no obvious buttons anywhere on the TV that will allow me to do this, any suggestions? I tried buying a (cheap) one-for-all style remote but there was no obvious tuning facility on it.

You can buy a Sony universal remote for about $12 which has the menu function needed.
