Sony Tv Can't Post

Hello there,
I have a Sony Tv, Model KV-27V22, Audio is ok, but there is no Video, (Screen is black) light of picture tube comes ON (Bulb.) From power light blinking non-stop. High Voltaje of flyback ok

Please Help!

In my TV, it was called the 'Video Output Circuit' and in that circuit, it had a shorted transistor and an open resistor. You say flyback is OK? Does it make the hair on your arm stand on end if your arm is right up against the picture tube at turn on? Then flyback is OK! In most newer TV's, it could be a single micro-chip which does more than one job. Video, Sync, Chroma, Lumina, ETC...

i wish tvs were bult like they were in the 1980's, back then they were built to last! buy an older tv, it will last you awhile

what i used to find common on sony was the a1 volts to the tube , their is a small resistor and a diode the diode goes s/c and burns out the resistor hence eht o/k but no pics, items are located in the corner near loptx focus control
