What have you tried, or is this a quest for the magic pill.

So far i have taken all the boards out and looked for loose solder connections , i also noticed that when I start to put a plug into the av out I get a static sound in each speaker.I don't have any equipment except a ohm/voltage meter

I have looked over each board twice and can't find any of those numbers.

Thats a small pcb thats about 4 inches x2 inch and has several surface mounted caps on the board. as a matter of fact thats what thew problem is as in almost every sony camcorder or audio unit is those surface mounted panasonic caps.

Have you already checked on poor solder joints at the pins of the sound amplifier ICs?

Usually I found poor solder joint at the 9V (3 pins) regulator on the main board

It is hidden under the plastic rail so it is hard to see.

Just cut the plastic rail you will see it.
