Sony pincoushin woes Can't Post

Ive been poking around all over forums and the internet looking for a solution to this but no dice yet.

i have a circa 1991 sony trinitron tv (model #: kv-27exr20). ive picked up on the fact that there is a loose pincoushin joint somewhere causing th picture to bow, the problem is i cant seem to find anywhere on the net which board the pincoushin joint would be on.

i want to fix this but i dont want to kill myself because of the high voltage.

i can solder im into all things electronic, im a computer guy though not a tv guy.

my only thought is its probably the board attached to the crt, is that correct?

any help is appreciated :D

C506 maybe opened across Q502 H.O.T.

Probably going to be C512 (4.7 mfd@35V) and bad solder joints on Q530 (2SD1761F).

the soldering joint isnt the only thing! it could be a blown risistor and capacitor like in my 1990 GE tv, it also was bowing and i took it apart to find it a capacitor and two risistors were blown cause metal was shaving off of the risistors and plus there was a black mark on the electronic board

There is no pin correction on the tube base. Voltage and signal is derived from the Horizontal output through a modulator coil and diodes and a transistor and fed into the scan circuit. Pin correction creates 1/10th of the horizontal scan it has nothing to do with video information
