St27s3 tuner Can't Post
tv repairman said have bad tv tuner and will cost between $150-$175. If I get the tuner rebuilt can I re-install it myself? do I have to solder anything or what?

yes you will have to unsolder tuner and resolder it if you are in usa get tuner at tiptoptuner.com $27.00
