Just recieved the tv for a high school classroom (for free) but the sound is not working....picture quality is good. There is a headphone jack in the front but I tried that with a pair of headphones and still no sound. Where can I start to look? Thanks

look in the audio menu for the speaker on/off mode. Make sure it's on stereo and not sap. Other than that, you need service.
