THOMSON 37DF850 Can't Post

Dear ALL,
Please i have this THOMSPON 37DF850 which does not start. The LED switches to orange 3 times and finally stays red. All voltages are present but there is no "H-Drive" signal. Please help me get out of this situation.
Thanks

there may be no drive signal because the micro has shut it down due to a fault elsewhere. what is the icc number on the back label? is there 120volts approx on the horizontal out collector?

It is an ITC222 chassis. When the LED is orange the voltage appears at the collector and drops when the LED goes red. I have got the circuit diagram of the power supply and the horizontal sections from the internet.

You can have a look at the chassis in the link bellow http://rapidshare.com/files/175780941/Thomson_37DF850_chassis.jpg.html.

it is going into shut down mode due to a short circuit somewhere.possibilities are scan ic, flyback transformer or flyback tuning capacitors dry jointed. otherwise its just an elimination process. also check secondary diodes on power supply for short circuit.

I have finally cleared the problem by replacing Capacitor CP150 in the power suply.
It has a value of 2200µF. Thanks for your contibutions.
