I have just been switched to comcast cable. I used to have timewarner. With timewarner when you hit the guide button and looked at a programs info it would tell you if it was a new broadcast or not. Now with comcast it does not tell you this so you cant tell if the show is new or not. Is there any fix for this? Am I doing something wrong? If anyone knows please help.
Contact Comcast and tell them that you are not pleased that they do not provide the same ameneties as Timewarner. I'm sure that they will rearrange their format to accomodate you.
