Telefunken MR702 TV Can't Post

I have MR702 Telefunken TV set that has a problem with a volume. When I try to adjust the volume it can only go to 1/4 of the maximum volume and stop there.I do not have the user manual. I am not sure whether someone tempered with the settings. I do not know what to do. Please help.

Telefunken MR702 TV volume problem that goes to 1/4 of Maximum when adjusted and stops there,
Can you please supply me with more information, even step to do if possible because on my TV I have only four topics under Menu as follows:
First REF: This one when is selected it display different type of symbols which I can change using - &+ of a remote volume. I do not know what are for.
The second one has this --:-- with a clock symbol, I believe is a Timer that I can also adjust using -&+ of a remote volume.
Third one is written: Program which I do not know how to open or change it.
The last is written: Organis which I also do not know how open or change it.
I have tried a lot with my remote but I do not seem to win
Please help
