Thomson 28WH403s	Can't Post

I'm looking for help repairing a Thomson 28WH403s.It attempts to start up 3 times ,each time the standby LED flashes twice,then the LED flashes 4 then 5 times .I believe the chassis type is ETC210.Any help gratefully received. alanw
