OKay, heres the deal, I am willing to buy this 32" Toshiba Flat Screen Tube (32AF42) TV for $50.00 buck from a friend. the problem is that it has sound but no picture. he says all inputs are active also. He says the picture just went out on him so I am willing to buy it from him because I think I can take it to a repair shop.
what are the highest price I could be paying for this to get fixed or is there someway I can fix it myself.
If there were someone out there who can maybe help me on some hints on how I can fix this on my own please let me know. thank you!
