I have just repaired my Toshiba TV and would like to share the fault/remedy with you because I read some of the posts here which helped me sort it out.
Initially it had an intermittent frame collapse which eventually became complete collapse leaving a horizontal line across the screen.
I traced the problem to a dry joint on pin 2 of Q301. Once resoldered it worked fine.
