hey there i got a problem with a tv that i have i turn it on an it is missing half the picture on the bottom of the screen like it has to be moved or something there heads look like cone heads and when u turn it on with no cable hooked up theres lines up top of the screen is the picture tube going? or something else its an older tv 1990 if someone could help me out that would be great

replace the vertical IC and the electrolytics around it.

check the 2Mfd lytic that decouples the frame drive from the driver chip.it's usually o/c
