I need to replace VS101 which is part number P5KE220CA. It is a bi-direction transient voltage suppressor.
However, I can't find that one but was able to cross it to P6KE27A. The problem is P6KE27A is uni-directional. Which way should it be inserted in the circuit, forward or reverse biased? Or can someone help me in locating P5KE22?
