Hello, I am currently in the process of repairing a Toshiba 32WLT66s LCD television.
I have Isolated the fault to an open circuit on the secondary of one of the inverter transformers. My question is: Do these things 'just happen' as a result of poor quality etc or would something else cause this to occur.
I don't want to replace the board only to find it goes again as a result of another faulty component. I can only think that a faulty tube might cause this, but if you have any experience on this, it would be much apprieciated.
