Toshiba 50A61 blinking	Can't Post

I Pluged TV in the AC - TV Startup without presing power button - Sound and Picture OK. After 20 seconds picture zoom in (blooming) and tv shutoff itself, LED start blinking untill plug out. Power button do nothing. Must need to unplug TV and start again. Toshiba Rear Projection Mod. 50A61, Chassis TAC0171. HELP.

This is likely just cold solder on a regulator IC near the center on the main board (A very common problem for Toshiba). Try resoldering all regulators, they are 3 legged regulators & have heat sinks on them.
