TV was working last night and went to turn it on today and nothing. No lights at all on tv. Checked google and turns out is a common issue on these Toshiba models. I checked and found one of the fusible resistors blown. I already purchased one but also noticed 2 of the 3 big capacitors are bulging a bit at the top. I know they need to be replaced in this case, but I have 2 questions regarding this. Would those bad capacitors be the cause of the blown fuse or is there something else I should also check? Also, I found some capacitors that match these on ebay but they are different dimensions like 30mm and 35mm. Does that matter at all, or as long as the ratings match they should be ok? Below are some pics if they help at all. Also noticed a dark spot on the board near one of the resistors(?). It doesn't look damaged or anything but posted a pic of that as well. Anything to be worried about or is that normal due to the heat?
