Toshiba CF1922J Can't Post

I have this Toshiba CF1922J that is stretched vertically. I have looked for an adjustment in the vertical section of the board but have not been able to find one. Can someone tell me where the adjustment is if there is one?
Or tell me how to fix it?

if the picture is stretched at the top and cramped at the bottom ,change C301 and C305, both 2.2mfd 50 volt.

I have replaced the cap's mentioned but now instead of a stretched picture I get a horz line in the middle of the screen. I removed the caps and put the old ones back and still a horz line. I was careful with the solder and no bridges. Those two caps were the only thing I messed with. Do you think something else was going on besides the caps?
Thanks in advance.

No one can give you an answer to this. It may be that in removing the chassis something is adrift or it may be your workmanship, or it may be the IC just died and is coincidence. As it is not a primary fault, its guesswork.

If the vert IC is a TA8403, make sure that you have around 26 volts on pin 6. If not, you have probably blown the fuse/fusible resistor in the secondary 26 volt power supply. (I believe that it is a fuse but don't have a schematic for that specific model). If the voltage is there, it is probably the IC gone bad.
