Toshiba CX35F70 Problem Can't Post

Set has load popping audio associated with picture jumping with several bands through it as it jumps. Sometimes settles down after running a bit but sometimes gets worse. Power supply, maybe?
Note: With no input, TV sits with black screen fine, no jumping, no popping audio.

If it's affecting both audio and video it may be the tuner, does this set have RCA A/V input jacks (Audio / Video jacks)? If so disconnect the co-ax cable and try using this input instead, if it clears up it's the tuner. When using the A/V input jacks this bypasses the tuner.

If you still get the popping it may be the in the audio section, change Q670, Audio output IC TA8246H -- Dan

The Sony audio module installed in that chassis gave a lot problems!

The set does the same thing whether on Cable or DVD using the inputs.
