Toshiba Green Screen

Got this toshiba 50H81 I believe. Anyways it has a green screen. I used my scope and traced the video signal from the tuner to the AV Stand up board to the Hyper Module Board, but the video does not come out of the Hyper Module. Every now and then the green video drive will come out and show a picture on the screen but just the green drive so there is no blue or red. I can tell the hyper module is the problem but does anyone now excately what it is in the hyper module. All of the caps are good. Trying to find a cheaper way in repairing the tv instead of buying a new hyper module, seeing that they are about $300 after shipping from PTS.
