I have a 46 inch Toshiba Regza, when I attempt to turn it on all I get is a low buzzing sound, (coming from upper right back of t.v.) Blue light comes on under front bottom of screen, (beneath Toshiba) but no picture. T.V. may have been affected by power surge, not 100 percent sure. Possibly the power supply unit is fried ???
