I have a 36 inch Toshiba TV that's about eight years old. Starting about a month ago, when you turn the set on, the picture is all gray with slightly tilted horizontal lines about one inch apart. In the beginning of the trouble, after about 10 minutes of warm-up, the picture would gradually come around, although you could still see the horizontal lines. Now it's takes about 30 minutes of warm-up and getting longer all the time. Also, the picture never gets fully clear. Is it on its way out? Is it worth fixing? Thanks.
