Toshiba cf27c50 Can't Post

Toshiba 27 In. sound went away long ago -- that's another story I'm running it throught a VCR and a receiver anyway.
After this set is on for about 30-45 minutes the picture goes away leaving only a horizontal line in the middle of the screen.
Is there an easy fix for this or is it toast?
Thanks for any help!

You need to re-solder the pins on the vertical I.C.

You don't need a schematic for this repair . Find I.C. 301( 7 pin Flat with large heat sync) and resolder the pins.

I fixed that bug -- then a storm came through an took it down. It wasn't on at the time but when I went to turn it on --NO POWER AT ALL.
Please advise !
