This Toshiba model got damaged in a power surge. It won't power on. I did some checks to it and tested various components. It's getting power and when the power button is pushed, i could hear the relay engage but still the set won't power up.Could this be due to a damaged flyback and lack of HV? I don't have a probe to check for the presence of HV.
