Vertical lines Can't Post

Since i switched from cable to satellite TV i have many lines from the top to the bottom of the screen. I didn't had this problem before. My TV was always working perfectly with no problems. It is only 3 years old (SAMSUNG). I'm using a HUMAX receiver. Maybe the Scart cable is defective? Please help this is a very annoying problem.

If you disconnect the Satellite receiver do the lines disappear? If so, Satellite's need 12V feed to the LNA from the reciever. Depending on your set up, there may be a 12V feedthrough splitter somewhere in line, if that's set up wrong it will pump 12VDC to your TV and cause this kind of signal disruption.

Yes. If I disconnect the receiver the line's will disappear. Should i remove and buy a new SCART cable or coax cable?
And forgot to say that about 2 cm of the screen is missing at the place where the lines are, and cant adjust it. My TV and receiver has many options like: Auto, letterbox, center mode etc.
