Vizio VP322 Plasma Can't Post

I have a Vizio VP332 Plasma TV, with no video input attached i get a normal blue screen but has black dots(snow) on most of the screen. With video it looks like pink/red snow(dots).

I have already replaced known issue with caps in power supply(helped a little), replaced main board with cables.
Some research is pointing me at the SUS card. Bad caps or replace or adjust voltage.
Just reaching out before I put any more money into this POS.

Thanks!!! Wink

Can you get a picture?

I can't remember this model specifically, but yes normally sparkling comes from the y or z sustain, logic/panel control, then panel. This is assuming this is one of the LG sets.
