Zenith Z32X31D issue	Can't Post

I have seen some posts about this model having issues with powering on when cold and the vertical image being compressed. I have yet to see a post of how to solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Replace C2108, C2109,C2110,2119 and possibly C3280.
