Zoom problem	Can't Post

Hi new here, a friend of mine has a 5 yr old 68cm Teac TV which started to zoom in a couple
of weeks ago , the tv is still watchable but the picture gets cut off at sides, what causes this and can it be fixed without taking to shop for repair. Any help appreciated.

Where is the Teac (Country) what model is it ?? all these things make a difference to get an answer without that is worthless.
