when unpluged say 5min and turned on picture shakes the front panell does not work and the remote but as soon asyou unplug and plug straight away say 2 or 3 times everything works i think its a cap on the power board but whitch one

i did measure most of the caps all seem fine but i see the power board goes straight into the motherboard checked a few caps there all test fine i dont now if im on the right track
