Red + Blue + Green = WHITE If green/blue are contaminated you would think brightness of them would be reduced resulting in a "bright reddish screen." Until you can see a clear picture (with the ability to pick out individual scanning lines) in each CRT...this is usually what you CAN'T see if the tube is contaminated. It appears "cloudy," "blurry," "out-of-focus," "dim," etc. ------------------------- Location: Far, Far Away
