I have a tv made by xoceco mp-56f0 a 54 cm flat screen, and distributed under other names i lost the user manual but it seems it also has no info on the subject in there, as i looked in some of there online manuals please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

A child lock is usually got out of by holding the power switch on the remote controll for several seconds. If its a security codet o deter theft that for obvious reasons is hard to crack.
