coaxial upgrade? Can't Post
My house was built in 1986 and I was told by Comcast that I needed to have my coaxial cable upgraded in order to receive their digital signal. I never received a clear answer as to why I need to upgrade. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have signal splitters on which the contacts might have corroded? Sometimes just burnishing the core wire of the coax and the contacts in the connector will improve your signal.
