I have an RCA 36" tv model F36674ET ctc197ca and when I went to turn on the set the next day all I could hear is the relay clicking . Checked horizontal output transistor and it is fine and regulator was not shorted . Anyone have sugestions if it could be in the power supply

Are u a tech? If so,,we can help you! most ctc197 chassis RCA, comes by replacing HVT,to solve this problem,and resets error codes.
