everytime i press the power button it clicks on then off. it does this 3 times but never turns on.

cause im not a tv repair tech im a automotive tech,besides its just a handel that came to mind.

Oh my God- trying to understand your ramblings- we called them mechanics because they never had enough brains to be a technician- you press the switch- it turns on 3 times but doesn't- what happens then?- you have another beer?(reminds me-<glug-glug> BURP!!!)- now as I was shaying-----.
