The problem you are having is the same as the one I am having the convergence of the colors is out of wack for my tv the green is the geometery color so if you adjust that it changes the shape and or size of the picture. the red and blue need to be placed ontop of the green once again that is for a Sony KP-53HS30. For my tv, manualy setting the convergence is pretty easy, it just takes time, you might try researching your set on the net or buying the service manual. Make sure you make note of any changes you make so you can get back to them if you make it worse. Hopefully you do not have the problem of the base color out of wack or non-adjustable (that's my big problem)
