help plz	Can't Post

Hi all iv got a sanyo CE28WN4B tv and when i go to turn it on the standy light flashes yellow n orange i was just wonderin if any1 could help me out tryin to sort it out

horizontal out transistor is probably short circuit. check collector to emitter on ohms range ,if it reads low value then change the transistor.
