insignia green tone Can't Post

i have a insignia ns-30htv. it has the big tube but is a high def tv. when i adjust the tint to the red side ther is no reds or oranges. the american flag displayed shows white and blue stripes. it's mostly green toned. could it be those two transitors in the red circut that are bad as this happens with regular tv's. or could the picture tube be bad? any suggestions would be appreciated.Unsure
