magnavox "sales" mode

my magnavox went into a sales mode and repeats the phrase "heres why this should be your next tv" and goes thru the different options available on the television. Then it repeats. You can't turn it off and unplugging it doesn't work. Tried to unplug with differnent time intervals also. Is there a reset sequence on the front buttons? The last channel it was on comes thru fine, just with these large words scrolling across the front. I'm baffled and their help line was no help! Numbers off of it are
