need help wiring	Can't Post

I have a element elcp0371 I recently purchased a new main board for it. The problem is the power connector on the new board is different then the old. Attached are pictures. How do I wire the below cable to work on the new board?

You got the wrong board.
Send it back.
If the correct board is/was obtained it will be a plug & play proposition. Wink
