p46130wk Sparking	Can't Post

Hello all. I received an RCA p46130wk 46" projection TV for free. It would power on than power off right away. I read on here that it was the HV splitter so I replaced it. But now when I try to power on the TV there is a large spark that looks to be coming from somewhere under the blue projector. Does anyone know where I go from here?

gel pack is leaking on blue tube anode connector

you have to take crt out take apart top assembly replace gel pack replace anode connector on crt seal it with silicone put back together and cross your fingers because its hard to get silicone just right so it won't arc . are you sure you want to try this?
