philips 21PT5409 problem

Hello
3 months ago I bought a tv set philips 21PT5409.I noticed 2 weeks ago(maybe it was there since I bought it) a green spot in the left side of the screen(only when tha image is static.When the images become dynanic again the spot dissapears.).Fist of all I tought the tube was magnetized.i moved the dvd to 1,5 m from the tv set.I don't have speakers close to it.What's wrong with it?.Thanks in advance for any answer
