philips 21pt5408/01 Can't Post

Good morning,

i have a problem with a philips 21" Tv set model no: 21PT5408/01 with chassis L01.1E AA.
No thing is working i mean no standby led just a "tic tic tic" sound, i understood that this is a secondary power supply problem that have something to do with the horizontal deflection line so i checked the BU transistor but its not short circuited. these are the readings that i could get:

P1=295v
P2=0v
P3=between 9.5v and 11.5v
P4=0v
P5=between 1.2v and 3v
P6=132v
if someone could help me with this problem.
thanks in advance

take the horizontal out transistor out of the tv. switch on. has the ticking stopped? if yes then check voltage on the centre pin (collector) of said transistor junction on the board. if about 120 volts then the flyback transformer is probably faulty

thanks for your repply
I tested it, the ticking is still there even after removing the transistor, the voltage with or without it is the same 130v.
any other suggestions?
