philips fuse blowing Can't Post

i have a philips tv model # 27pt5441/37 that blew a fuse while powering on. I switched the fuse on the board out and as soon as I plugged it back in the fuse popped again. Any hints on what to check next? please help. the tv is only 15 months old so i don't want to get a new one yet. thanks for any info.

Resolution: Remove degauss resistor 3523 (white rectangle) and replace using
location 3507 with service code 2122 663 00019, a 3 ohm PTC resistor. Give
close attention to the marking on the CBA for 3507.
