please help	Can't Post

please help i have a philips magnavox ts3258 c101. problem is i have two problems with it. first one is i can not get it to shut off. second problem is that it will not stop switching channels. looking for some help before the repair man gets a hold off it. thank you.

More than likely a channel up/down switch stuck in the closed position.
